Military Working Dogs: Heroic Tails from WWII to Today

Join us for our first ever program honoring the War Dogs entitled Military Working Dogs: Heroic Tails from WWII to Today. This brand new program will be held at the Pacific Combat Zone in the Hobby Courtyard from 10:00 am-2:00 pm on Saturday, March 29th.

Activities will include a dog costume contest, dog obstacle course, a puppy portrait station and more.Sweet treats for humans and for dogs will be available, along with refreshments. Prizes from Dogologie and Tito's handmade vodka will be awarded to the costume contest and obstacle course winners. This is a drop-in, family friendly event.

Dogs are welcome, but owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. If your dog is reactive or prefers not to be petted, please mark them with yellow (collar, bandana, leash, etc.). Free yellow bandanas will be available at the entrance for those who need one.

This event will also include a book signing by RJ Nevins, author of Walking Point.
