Women Warriors of WWII

This video teaches about the women who served in a variety of capacities during World War Two, from civilians working in factory production to pilots serving in the military. This video discusses multiple women who went above and beyond to play their part in the war effort as well as groups of women who paved the way for future generations and demonstrated their resolve to ensure females were seen and treated as equal to males.

Oveta Culp Hobby

This video describes the accomplishments of Oveta Culp Hobby, founder and commander of the Women's Army Auxiliary Corps (later the Women's Army Corps). Her dedication and hard work in creating this military unit from the ground up was instrumental in the involvement of women in the US military during World War Two.

Angels of Bataan

This video talks about the Angels of Bataan, a group of Army nurses stationed in the Philippines when the Japanese attacked in December 1941.
